We first saw the Huawei Ascend W2 for the in May. Later we got some pictures of the Ascend W2 in red and yellow paintjobs. We also knew some of the specs including a rumored price tag of below $300. Today the Huawei Ascend W2 was showcased at an official event in China. The W2 packs a 4.3-inch WVGA display and runs on the Qualcomm MSM8230 Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset with a dual-core 1.4GHz Krait processor, Adreno 305 graphics and 512MB of RAM.
The rest of the specs include an 8MP camera, 8GB of internal expandable via a microSD card slot, and a 1700mAh battery.
