Let's face it, there are some people we wish would stop calling or texting us, and if you own a Nokia Lumia device, the upcoming Amber update for your phone will be bringing call and SMS filtering, which seems to corroborate an earlier sighting which suggested that the feature could be introduced in the Windows Phone GDR2 update. It is unclear if other Windows Phone manufacturers such as Samsung, Huawei, and HTC will introduce this feature as well, but Nokia has detailed it via their Conversations blog.
