For those of you who reside in Germany back in February, the push email function for Apple's iCloud and MobileMe was suspended with the hopes of a turnaround. The case which involved a patent litigation by Motola Mobility has apparently hit another speed hump today. A German regional court backed the ban on push emails used in Apple's iCloud and MobileMe services in Germany and granted Motorola Mobility Holdings a victory in a patent war that spans globally among several technology-based companies. The service that performs synchronizing of emails on devices was contested by Motorola.
