An Australian appeal court ruled that Google's Ad searches have been misleading Australian customers in 2007, as back then, paid advertisements from competitors in search results for businesses were thrown into the mix. The Federal Court of Appeal in Sydney have overturned a lower court decision today, where an order was issued to Google for them to set up a protocol so that such a practice can be avoided in the future.
