
Looks like this Sunday will be pretty big. Aside from the Lumia 900 launch and, you know, that other thing, AT&T will also begin unlocking iPhones. Caveats aplenty, obviously. Yes, you'll be able to ask AT&T to unlock your iPhone starting on Sunday. But only if your account is “in good standing” and your initial contract term has passed. Or, alternatively, if you've paid the Early Termination Fee. But who does that?
Anyway, here's AT&T's full statement on the matter, courtesy of Engadget:
“Beginning Sunday, April 8, we will offer qualifying customers the ability to unlock their AT&T iPhones.
