While there has been speculation in the past concerning used games policy for the upcoming Xbox One console from Microsoft, the software giant has done its part by stepping forward and laying down the licensing framework for not only new, but used games as well for the Xbox One. Some of the policies would include the right of purchasers of physical discs to resell them via retailers, and each sale transaction will not be charged with a platform fee. In other words, status quo remains for physical discs as it has always been.
