NVIDIA Shield To Start Shipping On July 31st

NVIDIA Shield is a handheld gaming console capable of playing Android games as well as streaming PC games from Steam. The console was due to be released on June 27th. However NVIDIA delayed the release due to an unspecified “mechanical issue.” NVIDIA has confirmed to Ubergizmo that the console will start shipping on July 31st. It appears now that whatever the mechanical issue was, it has been taken care of.
