Another hurdle for AT&T and T-Mobile to clear the merger proposal: A U.S. district judge allowed an antitrust suit filed by Sprint and C Spire Wireless to move forward. Judge Ellen Huvelle said that both companies can make claims of possible business damage caused by the AT&T and T-Mobile merger.
