Since its introduction in late 2012, Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 has not received any major software update. Portico, aka 8.0.10211.204 or GDR1, doesn't count - it's minor. But this will probably change next month, when the GDR2 is expected to be rolled-out.
According to Telstra, Australia's largest mobile carrier, the expected approval date for the update (on the Nokia Lumia 920) is July 8. The date for Lumia 520, HTC 8X and HTC 8S is 15 July.
Keep in mind that these dates aren't officially confirmed - even Telstra is showing a TBC in the "expected customer availability date" column.
