Here's an unannounced HTC Android smartphone that's going to be very cheap when it launches later this year: the Desire 200. We first heard about it last month, when details about it appeared alongside info regarding the dual SIM Desire 600 (which has been official unveiled since then). The Desire 200 now appears in a video - apparently shot in Vietnam.
