Bugatti says no Super Veyron, but a replacement is planned

Stop dreaming about a rumored upcoming Super Veyron, reportedly with 1,600 horsepower and a 0-60 sprint of 1.8 seconds, as it will never materialize despite countless reports to the contrary. That is the official word from Bugatti President Dr. Wolfgang Schreiber, who sat down with us at Pebble Beach this past weekend to extinguish the gossip and discuss the future of the supercar. As you may recall, Bugatti has promised a total production run of just 450 Veyrons. To date, they have delivered about 390 vehicles, including countless special edition models like the recent Legends models that debuted in Monterey.
