T-Mobile HTC One Android 4.3 update now available

T-Mobile has certified the Android 4.3 update for the HTC One and is now rolling out the update to its customers. Like the AT&T and Sprint updates for the HTC One, the Android 4.3 was originally promised with an end of September release, but T-Mobile's testing and certification process simply took  took a little longer than HTC expected.
