LG's smartphone efforts have been exclusively related to Android in the last few years. But it looks like the company is finally getting ready to embrace Windows Phone 8. According to Light Reading India, Soon H. Kwon (LG India's Managing Director) declared: "At home (South Korea), we are actually working on our Windows Phone 8 OS powered smartphone." Unfortunately, no further details were given, so we don't know if the company's first WP8 handset will be released this year.
