Remember the issue with HTC and the customs hold-up. Well, it seems that there has been progress on the situation by HTC's part in making amendments and resolving the situation. After all, word has it that the EVO 4G LTE has started to make its way into the hands of retail stores soon, and HTC has recently announced a full resolution of these import issues. Just last week, HTC stated that "some of our products have passed the review and have been delivered to our telecoms operators' clients in the US".
